You buy a slot on a public board. You hold it until someone pays more. The full mechanic, every price and every formula lives on the rules page, and those rules are part of these terms.
Where anything here and the rules page appear to conflict, the rules page wins. It is the more specific document and it is the one frozen for the season.

Payment is taken by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. Their terms cover the payment itself.
A listing on one numbered slot on a single public web page: a name, a link and one line of text, displayed for as long as you hold the slot.
You are not buying advertising services, search-engine ranking, traffic guarantees, exclusivity, or any outcome. Slot links carry rel="nofollow sponsored" and convey no search value. Rank reflects what the holder paid and is not an evaluation of anything.
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee uptime, traffic, clicks, visibility, or that anyone will ever look at your slot. If the service is unavailable, your slot and your price are unaffected.
All payments are final once the board is live. The single exception is the launch phase, described on the rules page: if fewer than 10 slots sell within the first 10 days, every payment is refunded in full and the board does not open.
Losing your slot to another buyer is the mechanic working as intended and is not a fault, a failure of service, or grounds for a refund.
Site credit is a promotional discount for future purchases here. It is never cash, never transferable and never withdrawable.
A chargeback vacates your slot, voids the reign in the record, forfeits outstanding credit and closes your account, automatically.
You keep ownership of what you publish on your slot. You give us permission to display it while you hold the slot, and to keep the historical record of it in the ledger and reign history permanently.
You are responsible for what you publish. It must not be illegal, impersonate anyone you do not represent, distribute malware, deceive about where a link goes, or target a specific individual. That list is on the rules page and it is exhaustive — content is not removed for being tasteless, aggressive, off-topic or competitive with another slot.
If we remove content under that policy, the full amount paid is returned as site credit and the slot is vacated.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kishanganj, Bihar.
